Km4Kids Bikeathon – Please Support my Ride

Support me and Team Beit Issie #Km4Kids as I bike 150 km from Toronto to Collingwood on July 24th to benefit the incredible children at Beit Issie Shapiro (BIS).

ABOUT THE EVENT:

I’ll be pedaling to provide life-changing physical therapies for children with disabilities at BIS’s Special Education School. Physical therapy is a critical part of essential therapies children receive at BIS; allowing them to develop, strengthen their bodies and improve their lives.

Over 70% of the children at BIS’s Special Education School have severe motor disabilities such as cerebral palsy and hemiplegia. BIS offers a new state-of-the-art hydro-sports center where these children work on their mobility, strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination in sports and physical therapy.

ABOUT BEIT ISSIE SHAPIRO: BIS is a pioneering leader and innovator for people with disabilities, providing services that change lives and exporting technologies and best practices for a more inclusive society around the world; impacting 500,000 people annually. Cheer me on and help me achieve my fundraising goal of $15,000 to provide life-changing physical and sports therapies to 5 children with disabilities at BIS for one year.

Thank you for your support!
